Board Meeting
March 12, 2012
Meeting was called to order by President Mary Glazman at 10:20am. In attendance Mary Glazman, Pres., Ken VanWyk, ACC Chairman, Vickie Manning, Sec., Pete Wangness, Board Mbr., Anita Gilmore, Treas. Phyllis Petersen, Vp. Guests Sharon and Dennis Moore, Jerry Glazman, Don Feller.
1. Comments-none.
2. Minutes from February- No additions or corrections. Motion to accept made by Phyllis and 2nd by Pete.

2. Minutes from February- No additions or corrections. Motion to accept made by Phyllis and 2nd by Pete.
3. Treasurer's report- Anita gave report. Taxes are now done. Motion to accept made by Mary and 2nd by Pete.
4. Old Business
Common area maintenance bids received 2
bids. Phyllis motioned to accept Jim Hartman's bid and Mary 2nd to
accept for a period of 1 year.
Vial's of Life will be given out with
welcome packages and to anyone that would like to participate.
Phyllis Petersen has the information if anyone is interested. Pete
motioned to accept and Dutch 2nd.
The walkway between lots 33 & 34
will have a sign to say the path is only a walkway which was
previously voted on and accepted.
HOA's request to share cost of the
backflow valve test for valve located on lot 102. LOA will share cost
of valve test with HOA. Phyllis motioned to accept and Pete 2nd. All
in favor. Dennis Moore will check to see if half can be billed to LOA
and half billed to HOA.
5. New Business- Webmaster for LOA website was discussed and Jerry Glazman did some investigating and set up a blog for the website and will maintain it. Mark Tetrault paid for website for March which LOA will reimburse him for amount paid. Our new website is at http://roadrunnerridge.blogspot.com.

Driveway lights will be addressed at next LOA board meeting.
