Board Meeting
November 14, 2012
Meeting was called to order by
President Mary Glazman at 7:00pm. In attendance Mary Glazman,
Pres.,Pete Wangness, VP.,Art Bale, Board Mbr., Dutch Van Wyk, Acc
Chairman Board Mbr., Anita Gilmore, Treas., Vickie Manning, Sec.
Absent Phyllis Petersen, Board Mbr.
1. Comments-none
2. Minutes from April meeting-No
additions or corrections. Motion to
accept made by Pete, seconded by
Art. All in favor.
3. Treasurer's report read by Anita.
Motion to accept made by Pete, seconded by Dutch.
4. Old business- Street lights were
voted down previously by the board.
5. New business- Art said total trash
bill $4,950.00 around $6.00 per site
per month. Motion to pay trash bill
made by Pete, seconded by Dutch.
All in favor.
Mary will pickup flyers of events
happening in the park from office
and post on bulletin board in common
area.
Sign up sheets for events will be in
the office.
Removal of pedestals for street
lights has been referred to Sulphur
Springs but they have not removed.
Art said it
is up to the owner of the lot that
they can bury or decorate them if
they chose to.
Back flow valve testing company will
be charging for gas mileage along
with normal billing for this
service. The costs are split between all
three areas now.
Art made a motion to change the LOA
dues to $250.00 per lot for 2013.
Down from $304.00 per lot. Dutch
second the motion and all were in favor.
Nominations for board positions will
be going out after Thanksgiving. Mary
and Pete will be canvassing for
nominees.
I would also like to give up
Secretary Position if anyone is interested
Acc committee will also be needing
people because of people who have left
or will be leaving us.
Prayers to our Dear Friend Ernie
Lamb who is in his
final days with us. He was the
person who brought myself and John to this
park. We will miss him dearly.
6. Motion to adjourn was made by Dutch
and second by Art.
