A Message from the LOA President - Lot Conditions

A reminder that last year we had a lot of rain. That means we are having a bumper crop of weeds coming up this year. While most lot owners make arrangements to keep their lots in great shape over the summer, there are a couple of lots that are not being properly maintained. The LOA has had complaints about weedy, run down looking lots.

If you haven’t made arrangements for someone to take care of spraying weeds on your lot over the summer, both Jim Hartman and KC Curtis are available to do the work for you. Jim lives in the HOA. KC used to live in the LOA and comes up here to care for several lots over the summer.  Please contact Mary (email) to get contact info for Jim and KC. 

April Board Minutes

There will be no regularly scheduled Board meetings until September.  As of that meeting, the Date and Time of the meetings will change to 7:00pm on the Second Wednesday of each month.
